Prof. Glen Urban's research is concentrated on marketing broadly conceived to include new product design and innovation strategy. He draws on market research, statistics, management science and operations research techniques to develop models and measurement methodologies to solve significant managerial problems. The Digital Marketing SIG studies the potential gains from employing digital technologies to the formulation and execution of (real) marketing strategies.
